My husband and I can't recommend rebranded Sanur Resort Watujimbar enough ( previously Swiss Bel Watujimbar, same owner), a hidden gem hotel with great location in Sanur- away from the busy upper area of Sanur. Special mention to Guest Relations Cindy and Kojek , both offered superior, friendly service in organising reservations for various bookings, tours and transport throughout our trip and prior to arrival. They were always prompt and patient when dealing with rescheduling due to illness and weather. Chefs in the restaurant are extremely talented in preparing and presenting an extensive menu and outstanding desserts - a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner. Shout out to chef Odon and pastry guru Arya ( lovely gingerbread house, pastry sculptures). Rooms are specious, were always kept very clean and tidy, well supplied with toiletries and linen. Our room 8250 had a lovely view of the pool. Pool is the standout to Sanur Resort incredibly relaxing to chill out and enjoy. Fabulous holiday ( 3rd time for me) - thank you all.

Maybe needs a room, furnishing update and repaint.
